Swimming Lessons

Abby just finished her swimmng lessons a couple of weeks ago. She had so much fun! it was a mommy and me class. She is such a good little swimmer and is definitely coming along. She loves the water is not afraid at all. She can now float on her back pretty much be herself and has learned to flip onto her back. She dunks herself all the time. It is so funny! We love this little girl. She is growing so much and so fast each day. Everytime she sees her swimsuit or the water she says "mimming"!

Catch Up

I keep waiting so long to post! Pictures from Easter are at the bottom. I had to work on Easter so we had a little egg hunt for Abby the FRiday before. I didn't know if she would get it but she loved it especially when she realized the eggs had candy! We have been to St george a couple of times to go swimming! Abby started her mommy and me swimming lessons. They are kind of silly but she likes it. She is such a fish, she just wants me to let go of her! Other than that nothing else is going on. I am off of school for the summer and Greg willl done at the end of JUne! HOpefully he willl get a job quick! Right now we are just enjoying this wonderful weather and getting excited for the pools to open for the summer! Abby just keeps growing and growing! She talks better each day, we love her sooo much! St George

2 Weeks ago we went to St George for over a week because we had to go there 2 weekends in a row so we decided to stay the whole week! We went golfing, shopping, swimming, and did crafts! I finished my ABC quiet book finally, it only took a year! It turned out way cute! We found out that Abby is a fish! We got her these arm floaties and now she swims by herself. She loves it! She won't stop putting her face under! It is so funny! She can also touch in my parents pool so that makes it even better! My mom heated the pool to the 80's! We went to Zion one day which was beautiful! We would like to go back without Abby so we can hike farther and not have to worry about her. She just wanted to walk the whole time! We also went to a mini mission reunion for Greg and Abby got run over by a power wheels hummer/truck!! It was so scary but she was ok, just a couple scrapes. Overall, it was a great, relaxing week. Greg was in Mesquite half the week with his college buddies watching the NCAA tournament. The last photos are just random from before St George.

Catch Up

Its been a long time since I posted. I get so busy with work, school, and Abby that I forget to update. We are doing well. we are loving this Vegas spring weather right now. Abby loves to play outside in the back yard or go to the park or on walks. She is growing every day and her vocabulary expands practically every day too! She loves to say NO! She loves kitties and doggies espcially her grandmas and of course her best bud Jack. She has been going to nursery now for about 2 months because Greg and I both teach so they let her go early. She loves it and goes in there with no problems. She is soo much fun right now and we love her to death, even when she throws a major tantrum (which happens often).

We went to California back in January so the pics are below. We went to the LA Zoo and also to the Ronald Reagan Library. It was sooo cool! We got see and go onto Air force One and see many other cool things.

Christmas

I haven't posted for a while! We had a great Christmas! We went to St George for almost a week and had a great, relaxing time with family. We were also able to see some old college friends Teigan and Taylor which was so great! Abby was so funny to watch open presents. I still don't think she knew what was going on but oh well she got some good toys. Last weekend we went to California to see Greg's parents since we didn't get to for Christmas so pic of that to come later.

I took Abby to see Santa the other day! She didn't cry but she wasn't sure what to do as you can tell by her face! She does know how to say "santa" though!

Carlsbad

This past week we went to Carlsbad, California. My mom had time share points that she had to use by the end of the year and this was the only place she could get. It turned out to be a great place and great resort. The beaches were great and the weather was perfect. I wanted to stay forever! We were able to go to the San Diego Zoo which Abby loved and so did I. She also loved the beach! It was so cute to watch her try to walk in the sand! Thanks Mom for taking us on a great vacation! Abby loves the pool! She is a fish!
